SUMMARY: The Foundation Program Coordinator is responsible for providing multifaceted secretarial and bookkeeping support for the Baxter Health Foundation office.

Understands and adheres to Baxter Health standards as they appear in Healthstream Policy Manager.
Required to work with the Executive Director regularly to carryout, initiate and/or implement best practices for the Baxter Health Foundation.
Job Requirements
Education: High School Diploma
Experience: Minimum of one year secretarial/bookkeeping experience. Working knowledge of MS Office; Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Raisers Edge.
Other: Ability to type and input data proficiently and accurately. Working knowledge of office equipment/machines and general bookkeeping standards. Excellent verbal and written communication.
Preferred: Associate Degree
