Responsibilities
- Lead the nursing team and provide direct patient care for assigned patients.
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan implement and evaluate patient care plans through Shared Governance.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to promote evidence-based care within a healing culture for patients and families.
Requirements
- Education: Graduation from an accredited nursing school (ADN required, BSN preferred).
- Licensure: Current Arkansas or Compact State RN License in good standing.
- Experience: Minimum of two years preferred.
- Certifications: BLS required, ACLS within the first year of employment.
- Other: Effective communication and basic computer skills.
