Float Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
$2,500 - $5,000 Sign On Bonus!*

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care within scope for assigned patients on the nursing unit under the direction of a registered nurse within the nursing team.
- Responsible for the care given to the patient and for the decision regarding which nursing tasks can be safely delegated to licensed and unlicensed persons involved in patient care.
- Must be competent in a wide variety of nursing skills.
- Accountable for adhering to all standards of nursing care and promoting a team effort among co-workers.
- Collaborate with all members of the health care team with a focus on promoting evidence-based care within a healing culture for the patient population served and their families.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Licensure: Current Arkansas or Compact State Pracitcal Nurse License in good standing.
- Experience: Minimum of one (1) year experience is preferred.
- Certifications: BLS required. ACLS and PALS are encouraged, but not required.
- Other: Ability to read, write and communicate effectively. Basic computer knowledge required.
Safety Sensitive Designation:
This position is deemed safety sensitive in accordance with Arkansas Act 593 governing Medical Marijuana.
