Job Description
As a Registered Nurse in the Progressive Care Unit, you will provide direct patient care and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure evidence-based and compassionate care. Your leadership skills and expertise in the nursing process will enable you to assess, diagnose, and evaluate patient care plans, promoting a healing culture within the unit.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care, utilizing the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan implement and evaluate the plan of care for patients served.
- Collaborate with all members of the health care team to promote evidence-based care and a positive patient experience.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal outcomes.
Requirements
- Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with an ADN or BSN degree.
- Licensure: Current Arkansas or Compact State RN License in good standing.
- Minimum of two (2) years experience preferred, with a strong foundation in clinical skills and leadership.
- BLS required, with ACLS certification within the first year of employment.
