Job Summary
A skilled Nursing Care Specialist is sought to provide high-quality patient care in our Progressive Care Unit. The ideal candidate will possess a valid RN license, preferably a BSN, and have experience in a similar setting.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans through the model of Shared Governance.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to promote evidence-based care within a healing culture.
- Provide direct patient care for assigned patients and lead the nursing team.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; ADN required, BSN preferred.
- Current Arkansas or Compact State RN License in good standing.
- Minimum of two years experience preferred.
- BLS required, ACLS within the first year of employment.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively; basic computer knowledge required.
