BAXTER HEALTH COMPLIANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
Understands and adheres to Baxter Health standards as they appear in Dynamic Health and Healthstream Policy Manager.
Required to work with the Director of Food & Nutrition Services regularly to carryout, initiate and/or implement best practices for the Baxter Health Food and Nutritional Services Department.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent, Completion of Dietary Managers course
Experience: Minimum 5-7 years supervisory experience in organizing work forces to obtain budget and production goals. Must be able to identify and implement cost savings, audits, inspections and programs through independent decision-making.
Certification: CDM,CFPP Credential (Certified Dietary Manager, Certified Food Protection professional) Maintain yearly CEU’s and dues renewal. Certificate of Achievement in Manager Food Safety by ServSafe or achieve within 6 months from date of hire.
Other: Health Care experience a plus. Complete understanding of all aspects of Food and Nutrition Services, including knowledge of all diets, safety, infection control, department cleanliness, productions, and sanitation, and tray deliveries, count and deposit cafeteria money daily. Ability to manage workflow, ability to communicate and interact positively with coworkers and other hospital staff. Proficient computer skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Word and Excel.

This is a position in a hospital setting which is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Flexible work schedule, 5 days a week, Monday – Friday, 8-hour shifts.
