Key Responsibilities :
Deliver high-quality direct patient care for allocated patients in the nursing unit while providing leadership within your team.
Apply the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care strategies through the Shared Governance model.
Engage collaboratively with all healthcare team members to promote evidence-based care within a compassionate healing environment for patients and their families.
Qualifications :
Education : Graduate from an accredited nursing program. ADN required; BSN preferred.
Licensure : Must hold a current RN license in good standing (Arkansas or Compact State).
Experience : Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience preferred.
Certifications : BLS required; ACLS certification must be obtained within the first year of employment.
Skills : Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; basic computer proficiency necessary.
Preferred Certification : PNCC.
