What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sleep Disorder Center/Neurodiagnostics/Pulmonary Rehab Coordinator - Sleep Lab / Neurodiagnostics position at Baxter Health?
Understands and adheres to Baxter Health standards as they appear in Dynamic Health and Healthstream Policy Manager.
Required to work with the Director of Cardiopulmonary regularly to carryout, initiate and/or implement best practices for the Baxter Health Sleep Center/Neurodiagnostics/Pulmonary Rehab and DME Service departments.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education: Associate Degree in Applied Science Respiratory Care preferred.
Experience: A minimum of two (2) years clinical experience in sleep medicine required and two (2) years clinical
experience in Respiratory Care preferred, including critical care.
Certifications: Registered by the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologist, RPSGT required; Registered by the National Board of Respiratory Care (“NBRC”) preferred. BLS certification required.
License: Current Arkansas Respiratory Care license in good standing.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a position in a hospital setting where day staff work 5 days a week, Monday – Friday, 7 - 8 hour shifts. Must be available to respond 24 hours per day, 7 days a week.
