Interior Designer

Your Role The Opportunity
As an Interior Designer, you will join the firm and be responsible for collaborating with the project team to design and prepare interior design drawings for multiple projects. Your work will require you to be proficient in technical knowledge, interior design skills and continue to advance your skill set. This role provides the opportunity to pursue professional growth while creating Brilliant Experiences with clients.
The Role Priorities
Assist the project team to produce quality interior design work in all project phasesExpertise in creating big ideas and innovative thinkingCollaborate with other Interior Designers and Managers in supporting the team and the client on larger projects.Coordinating all aspects of the project work with the client's representative.Develop an understanding of quality management and effective project work in accordance with quality management proceduresAbility to draw or represent design thinking using the traditional design tools, including hand sketchingMaintain strong relationships with Clients through excellent communication skills, reliability, punctuality and innovation.Professional approach to time, costs and deadlinesAccuracy and attention to detailPromote a workplace culture that is consistent with the BHDP Collective Ambition
Skills Qualifications
A professional, accredited degree in Interior Design along with at least 3 years experienceMust have, or be working toward, NCIDQ certificationProficient in advanced technology (e.g., Revit, Sketch-Up, Rhino)
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and as part of an effective team, assisting and supporting team members
