Job Description:
Scope and Function:
- Focuses and drives the business to achieve production growth targets/goals to achieve On-Time- Delivery of 98% .
- Oversees production, engineering, and supply chain departments
- Oversees strategic sourcing initiatives in support of manufacturing sourcing savings
- Implements ITW Toolbox initiatives to improve key metrics
- Develops and takes ownership of Strategic Sourcing and Toolbox annual targets.
- Support the VPGM to achieve the P&L goals (top and bottom) for all the product portfolio
- Supports development of long-term strategies for profitably growing the business
- and improving market share in key markets working with VPGM, Marketing and Sales.
- Supervises and develops staff by providing regular coaching and mentoring including the creation of career development plans in support of ITW Talent Management Initiatives.
- Develops, implements, and monitors key performance metrics to drive accountability throughout the organization for meeting or exceeding key goals and objectives.
- Understands and supports Employee and Labor Relations initiatives for Baxter.
- Maintains a close working relationship with Human Resources.
- Working parallel with Human Resources to negotiate and maintain the Collective Bargaining agreements.
- Supports VPGM and senior staff with Annual and Long-range planning and budgets.
- Oversee customer back innovation activities and planning to support organic growth and income improvement initiatives.
Skills/Abilities:
- Leadership experience with proven track record of success
- Proven organizational skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, events, projects, and experience with the Union represented workforces
- Ability to create and implement strategic vision
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams with or without formal authority
- Solid understanding of ITW 80/20 philosophy and experience with all aspects of the ITW Toolbox
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Union and Collective Bargaining experience a plus
- Self-starter who is committed to the job and seek empowerment and accountability and is
- readily adaptable to changing market and organizational dynamics
- Perform all other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager

Compensation Information:
Exempt Position: $150,000 - $160,000 Annual Incentive Program
