```Duties:```
- Install various types of flooring materials, including hardwood, laminate, vinyl, commercial carpet squares, commercial lvt
- Measure and cut flooring materials to fit specific areas
- Prepare subfloors by removing old flooring, leveling surfaces, and applying adhesive or underlayment
- Install trim and molding to complete the finished look of the flooring
- Use power tools and equipment to complete installation tasks
- Follow schematics and blueprints to ensure accurate installation
- Repair or restore damaged flooring as needed
- Perform buffing and polishing to maintain the appearance of installed floors
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or questions

- construction or similar experience
- knowledge of construction estimating and floor care techniques
- willingness to learn to use power tools and equipment for flooring installation
- Attention to detail and precision in measuring and cutting flooring materials
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address any installation challenges
- Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and work on your knees for extended periods
- Trim carpentry skills for installing trim and molding ( will teach)
- Experience in cabinet installation is a plus
