Beacon Veterinary Specialists, a well-established veterinary emergency & specialty practice located in Fremont, CA, is looking to add a full-time Client Services Supervisor to our team!
We are offering a salary of $75,000 - $90,000/year (based on experience), ongoing leadership training, comprehensive benefits (health, pet insurance, 401K, etc), and a fantastic opportunity for career growth!
The successful Client Services Supervisor will share our company’s commitment to delivering the highest quality patient care with exceptional client service by bringing a positive, service-oriented attitude as well as ensuring a high standard of client support, efficient workflow, and effective schedule management.
You’d be a great fit if you have:
Four years of experience in customer support or client services
Two years of direct supervisory/management experience
High school degree or equivalent
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, hospitality, or related field preferred
Experience working in a human or animal hospital preferred
Excellent client care and focus; ability to assess client's needs and provide answers, troubleshooting help, or methods for a positive client experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills with clients, staff, and other members of the patient care team
Basic computer skills and experience with tracking and recording call information and updating client accounts
Experience with staff scheduling
Your primary responsibilities are:
Leading the development of customer service procedures and policies in collaboration with management and executive leadership
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and resolution of client issues
Supporting the recruitment, hiring, and training of Client Services Representatives (CSRs)
Serving as a mentor and leader for CSRs including professional development
Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures, and upholding the progressive disciplinary process as necessary
Creating and overseeing a schedule for CSRs that ensures adequate phone support during hours of operations for our 24/7 emergency veterinary hospital
