Customer Service and Scheduling Coordinator: Full-Time Position Note: Work history and references required
Responsibilities: Perform routine office tasks including, but not limited to assisting customers with service requests, proposals, routing service calls, typing schedules for technicians, inclusive of the following:
- Assisting customers with scheduling, via phone and email
- Organize workflow and appointments by reading and routing correspondence, collecting customer information and managing water shutdown with corresponding water companies.
- Communicate with technicians to ensure they have the information and support needed to perform their jobs effectively and efficiently.
- Printing, scanning, faxing, filing, organizing, etc.
- Compose, proofread, and distribute e-mails, letters, and documents
- Maintaining the company’s physical and electronic records, including contracts/agreements, promotional mailings, etc.
- Be a detail-oriented and highly organized team player and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks according to procedures with accuracy and proper follow-up.

Requirements:
- Applicant must have a minimum of 2 years of general office experience, proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, etc. (Retail customer service experience does not apply)
- Friendly, good teamwork mentality to build supportive working relationships with co-workers
- Be a detail-oriented and highly organized team player and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks according to procedures with accuracy and proper follow-up
- Maintain professional relationships with new and long-term customers via phone and email
- Preferred to have extensive knowledge of service areas (i.e.: Salinas, Gilroy, San Jose, San Ramon, etc.)
- Willingness to learn new tasks and increase level of responsibility
- Highly reliable with excellent attendance and punctuality
- Office hours are 7:30am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday, 7:30am-2:30pm Friday
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
- Education: High school or equivalent (Required)
