Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- An Associate Degree or higher, or 48 or more college units, or a High School Diploma or GED and pass Instructional Aide exam.
- Pass a criminal background check and provide a negative TB Test result.
- Be available Monday through Friday, 21 hours per week, afternoons until 6 pm.
- Have reliable transportation to commute to El Cerrito.
- Demonstrate commitment to social justice and leadership, as well as passion for learning and youth development.
