Job Description
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) plays a critical role in managing the financial operations of Bay Area Community Resources. The CFO oversees all financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, ensuring the organization's financial health and sustainability.
This position works closely with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Board of Directors to develop and implement financial strategies that support BACR's mission and goals. The CFO is responsible for managing relationships with external partners, including banks, auditors, and other financial service providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze program financial impact and contribute to internal contract negotiation analysis
- Manage and oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Prepare and present financial reports to the CEO and Board of Directors
- Ensure compliance with all financial reporting and regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain financial forecasting models that support long-term financial planning and decision-making
