- Leadership: Lead our audiology department with a focus on high-quality patient care and team success.
- Patient Care: Conduct comprehensive hearing and balance evaluations, interpret test results, and recommend tailored treatments and assistive devices. Help promote the latest hearing technologies and increase awareness to drive sales growth.
- Collaboration: Work with a multi-disciplinary team to help rehabilitate implant recipients and support innovative research in audiology.
- Supervision & Growth: Manage and mentor audiology staff, setting performance goals, coaching, and ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Technical Expertise: Perform otoscopic exams, cerumen removal, ear impressions, and fit hearing aids and protection devices.
- Documentation & Compliance: Ensure that all patient records are accurately documented, complying with company policies and regulations.
- Education: Master’s or Doctoral degree in Audiology
- Licensure: Current state licensure as an Audiologist
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a clinical setting (leadership experience is a plus!)
- Certification: Ability to obtain Audiology Intern supervisor certification
- Strong knowledge of hearing and balance assessments
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
