- Develop and implement communication processes between team members.
- Report status updates to management.
Operational Responsibilities:
- Perform routine janitorial duties, including sweeping, mopping floors, and cleaning restrooms.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment.
- Ensure safe lifting and moving techniques.
- Recognize public safety hazards and apply health and sanitization standards.
- Provide on-sight training to team members.
- Conduct site inventories and restock supplies.
- Prepare and collect shift reports and other logs.
