Job Description:
The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Recovery Community Center located in Curry County. This role includes managing a team of three peer mentors and ensuring that all services are effectively delivered to individuals seeking recovery support. The Program Manager will foster a welcoming environment and facilitate connections to essential services, such as housing, treatment, and healthcare. Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure availability at the front desk to answer phones, greet visitors, and prioritize their needs.
- Maintain a professional presence both in person, on the phone, and through social media.
- The recovery center operates Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with occasional extended hours or outreach outside regular times.
- Clearly communicate the program’s services to participants and community partners.
- Oversee recovery center operations, ensuring compliance with policies, receiving participant applications, data entry, connecting individuals to SUD treatment if requested, and assigning peer mentors.
- Supervise and mentor three peer mentors, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Participate in program evaluation efforts and contribute to the development of new initiatives to improve service delivery.
- Build and maintain relationships with local service providers and organizations to enhance referrals and services.
- Maintain accurate records of services provided and operational activities for reporting and evaluation purposes.
- Coordinate daily recovery activities (nutritional, physical, social, support) and serve as a role model to encourage participation in recovery programs.
- Maintain the center, address safety issues, and manage procurement of supplies. Report any maintenance needs promptly.
- Perform errands, manage van log/cleanliness, and complete other duties as assigned.

Training & Experience Requirements
- Experience providing counseling and/or client support services preferred.
- High School Graduation or GED preferred.
- Peer Support Specialist - Adult Addictions - CRM (willing to train)
- Valid Oregon driver's license required.
- 2 yrs abstinence from all drugs and alcohol, except those prescribed by a doctor
Additional Conditions of Employment:
- To ensure job performance is not compromised, certified recovery mentor’s outside employment is limited and must be approved by the executive director.
- All time off or extended times away from work must first be approved by the Resource Director.
