Duties

- Assist with accounts payable processes, including invoice verification and payment processing.
- Support budgeting activities by collecting and analyzing financial data.
- Conduct balance sheet reconciliation to maintain accurate financial statements.
- Utilize accounting software such as Quicken and Workday for various accounting functions.
- Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) in all financial reporting.
- Assist in payroll management tasks, including data entry and verification of employee hours.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting processes and improve overall efficiency.
Requirements
- Proficiency in data entry with a strong attention to detail.
- Experience or knowledge in financial services is preferred.
- Familiarity with accounting software such as Quicken, Workday, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of GAAP principles and practices.
- Experience with budgeting processes is a plus.
- Knowledge of accounts payable procedures is essential.
- Familiarity with ADP for payroll management is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform balance sheet reconciliation effectively.
