Responsibilities
- Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

- Utilize content management systems to manage project documentation and resources effectively.
- Implement quality management practices to ensure high standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct requirements analysis and process mapping to identify project needs and streamline workflows.
- Monitor project progress using tools such as Workday, Salesforce, Basecamp, and Project Server.
- Facilitate regular status meetings with stakeholders to provide updates on project milestones and address any issues.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation in Confluence for transparency and future reference.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role in managing complex projects.
- Strong knowledge of content management systems and familiarity with tools such as Workday, Salesforce, Basecamp, Confluence, and Project Server.
- Excellent skills in quality management practices and process mapping techniques.
- Ability to conduct thorough requirements analysis to inform project planning.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) are a plus but not required.
