Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Develop and maintain relationships with real estate agents, lenders, builders, and attorneys to drive new business.
- Identify new business opportunities and implement outreach strategies to expand our client base.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and educational sessions to showcase Bay Area Title’s value and services.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Represent Bay Area Title at networking events, industry conferences, and community gatherings.
Marketing & Brand Development
- Develop and execute a marketing plan to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Create compelling marketing materials, social media content, and email campaigns to connect with our audience.
- Oversee client engagement initiatives, including gifting programs, sponsorships, and event coordination.
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence to enhance brand recognition and client engagement.
- Work with leadership to implement innovative marketing ideas that differentiate Bay Area Title in the market.
Client Experience & Retention
- Establish strong relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing loyalty and referrals.
- Act as a trusted resource, providing education and support to agents and lenders on the title process.
- Coordinate client appreciation events and value-driven experiences to reinforce partnerships.
Qualifications & Skills
- Sales and marketing experience required, preferably in title, real estate, mortgage, or a related industry.
- Strong relationship-building skills—you should be comfortable engaging with clients and networking.
- Self-starter with a results-driven mindset—able to set and achieve sales goals.
- Marketing expertise—experience in branding, content creation, and social media strategy is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies.
- Tech-savvy—proficiency in CRM systems, social media platforms, and digital marketing tools.
- Professionalism and discretion—this role involves working with high-level real estate professionals.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation—travel within the local area is required.
Compensation & Work Structure
- Hours: Full-time, with flexibility for networking and industry events.
- Location: Hybrid—some remote work possible, but in-person meetings and networking are required.
- Compensation: Competitive base salary commission structure, based on experience and performance.
