Position Details
- Role: Tutor
- Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- Locations:
- Richmond Library, 325 Civic Center Plaza, Richmond, CA 94804
- Richmond May Valley Community Center, 3530 Morningside Dr., Richmond, CA
- Term: February – June 5, 2025

What We’re Looking For

Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one and group tutoring sessions to students, focusing on their individual learning needs.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans and curriculum tailored to the Richmond After School Program.
- Utilize learning technology to enhance educational experiences and track student progress.
- Foster a positive learning environment by managing classroom behavior and encouraging student participation.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to support student development and address any concerns.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve tutoring strategies.
