Short-term ContractPeople With Disabilities Foundation (PWDF.org), a San Francisco-based nonprofit focused on ensuring equal access for individuals with psychiatric, developmental, and / or neurological disabilities, is seeking an experienced Videographer for a one-day event.Responsibilities : Event Coverage : >
Livestream the event using YouTube Live or similar. Add speaker name overlays during live presentations. Enable picture-in-picture ASL video if needed.>
Record the event for future use.>
Read and relay questions submitted via the livestream to the in-person moderator.>
Troubleshoot any technical issues on the day of the event.>
Load speaker presentations onto laptop and ensure they appear on the correct streaming screen and live projector screen throughout the seminar.Pre-Event Preparation : >
Conduct a walkthrough of the venue with PWDF and venue staff approximately a week before the event to ensure equipment compatibility and setup requirements (to be scheduled during standard weekday business hours). Address and troubleshoot any equipment and technical issues found.Post-Event Deliverables : >
Add graphics, such as speaker names, titles, and session information to recording.>
Edit the event recordings into segments for YouTube upload. Upload on YouTube.Requirements : >
At least two years of full-time equivalent experience in videography (freelance experience is acceptable).>
Proficiency with YouTube Live or similar for livestreaming.>
Experience troubleshooting technical issues in real-time.>
Ability to provide high-quality video editing with graphics.>
Access to personal videography equipment (if necessary, standard venue equipment may be available).Key Details : >
Event Duration : Approximately 3-4 hours, plus setup and breakdown on April 3rd, 2025 (11 : 30am – 4 : 30pm)>
Pre-Event Walkthrough : Required to assess equipment and venue suitability; approximately 30 minutes, a week ahead of event.>
