POSITION TITLE: Executive Business Analyst
POSITION DUTIES: Requirement Elicitation and Analysis:
v Work closely with leadership stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges.
v Elicit, document, and analyze university’s business requirements, processes, and workflows.
v Translate university’s business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for technical teams.
§ Solution Design:
v Collaborate with technology teams to design solutions that meet the university needs.
v Propose innovative and practical solutions to address business challenges.
v Ensure that proposed solutions align with the university's strategic goals and technological capabilities.
§ Stakeholder Communication:
v Serve as a liaison between leadership stakeholders and technology teams.
v Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
v Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to various audiences.
§ Documentation:
v Create detailed documentation including university business requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories.
v Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
§ Project Management:
v Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
v Assist in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation.
v Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or deviations from the plan.
§ Quality Assurance:
v Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, and validation of implemented solutions.
v Ensure that delivered solutions meet the specified requirements and are of high quality.
§ Process Improvement:
v Identify areas for process optimization and efficiency enhancement.
v Recommend process improvements and assist in their implementation.
REQUIREMENTS: Master’s degree in Statistics, Big Data Analytics, Business Administration or related field. And Two (2) years of market research analysis experience
RATE OF PAY: $147,784 per year. The employer will pay or exceed the prevailing wage, as determined by the U.S. Department of Labor.
WORK LOCATION: Washington, DC.
