The Role: CNC Programmer –
Problem-Solver Extraordinaire

You’ll be at the core of our production, working with production, quality, and
shop teams to keep things rolling. This is about more than code—it’s critical
thinking, process ownership, and turning ideas into reality. You’ll make parts
that matter.

What You’ll Do:

· Write solid CNC programs using Mastercam with spot-on tooling

· Troubleshoot and refine programs and processes like a champ

· Design and spec out tools and fixturing for the win

· Plan setups that keep every operation smooth

· Team up with our Quality Engineer to nail inspections and tweak as needed

· Handle whatever else the shop throws your way (you’ve got this!)

What You Bring:

· 3-5 years of CNC programming experience—job shop, prototype, or aerospace preferred (bonus for big parts!)

· Blueprint pro: You read drawings like a book

· Strong grasp of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)

· Precision measuring tools are your go-to

· Extra credit: Experience with Fanuc, Heidenhain, or Siemens 840D controls or 4/5-axis milling

· Great communication—because ideas need to shine
