```Duties```
- Oversee and manage the operation of a vessel, ensuring the safety of passengers and crew
- Navigate the vessel using charts, radar, and other navigational aids
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the crew, including assigning duties and monitoring performance
- Maintain communication with shore-based authorities, other vessels, and passengers
- Ensure compliance with all maritime regulations and safety procedures
- Conduct regular inspections of the vessel to ensure it is in proper working order
- Handle emergency situations, such as medical emergencies or equipment malfunctions, in a calm and efficient manner
- Provide excellent customer service to passengers, addressing any concerns or questions they may have
```Experience```
- Previous experience as a Captain in a similar operation
- Mechanical knowledge and understanding of vessel systems and equipment
- Familiarity with maritime regulations and safety procedures
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure situations
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
```Requirements```
- 100-ton Master's License and local maritime knowledge
