Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide support and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities. Duties:
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behaviors and ensure the safety of clients
- Support individuals in participating in community activities and social interactions
- Drive clients to appointments, outings, and recreational activities
- Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and daily activities
Skills:
- Experience in caregiving or working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques and strategies
- Ability to administer medications following proper protocols
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and other team members
- Compassionate nature and a genuine desire to help others
- Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and schedules

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
