Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team. Duties:
- Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, including children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric populations.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including taking medical histories and performing physical exams.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, prescribing medications and ordering diagnostic tests as needed.
- Administer injections, vaccinations, and other medications.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on disease prevention, self-care, and treatment options.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians, social workers, and other nurse practitioners, to deliver coordinated care.
- Participate in hospital medicine and pediatrics, including emergency room triage, hospital rounds, and airway management.
- Provide home care services, including catheter care and medication administration.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in family planning, pediatrics, and hospital medicine, ensuring that patient care is evidence-based and informed by current medical knowledge.
Skills:
- Strong clinical skills, with experience in patient assessment and triage.
- Proficiency in medication administration, including injections.
- Ability to manage complex medical cases and provide supportive care.
- Familiarity with hospital medicine and pediatrics, including airway management and emergency room procedures.
- Experience with family planning and pediatrics, including the provision of home care services.
