The Front Desk position includes but is not limited to the following tasks and duties:
- Operate the company phone system (Ring Central) by answering and transferring phone calls to employees
- Greet and direct visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Sanitation and upkeep of conference rooms and common areas
- Serve as a point of contact for incoming guests and provide excellent customer service
- Perform clerical support for various departments as needed
- Photocopying, scanning, sorting, and distributing mail to office staff
- create shipping labels for packages
- Maintain an electronic and hard copy filing system
- Prepare companywide emails
- Order and maintain supplies
Qualifications/Skills:
- Analytical and multitasking skills
The ideal candidate must have excellent multi-tasking skills, superior communication skills - written and verbal, the ability to plan and organize efficiently, must be able to prioritize and acknowledge urgency, have great attention to detail and accuracy, must be reliable and adaptable, must have the ability to work well within a team and independently. We are looking for someone who is a quick learner and takes initiative, someone who is friendly, respectful and can always maintain a positive attitude.
