We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team and join the areas elite UNIONS. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on a variety of commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units, , boilers, air handling units, pumps, Exhaust fans, etc.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC equipment using diagnostic tools and techniques.
• Perform repair of faulty components, such as motors, compressors, fans, pumps, components
• Install, calibrate, and troubleshoot various HVAC controls and building automation systems.
• Keep an ongoing schedule with maintenance customers
• Collaborate with clients to explain the scope of work, discuss maintenance recommendations, and provide cost estimates for repairs and upgrades.
• Maintain accurate records of service performed, including detailed notes, parts used, and hours worked.
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards while working on commercial HVAC systems.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns, answering questions, and offering guidance on HVAC system operation and maintenance.
• Communicate effectively with the service manager and other team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including service vehicle and tools.

Qualifications:

• 5 Years previous experience in HVAC Commercial Service industry
• Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams, CFC certified, General Commercial Hvac Systems
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Self-motivated
• Clean driving record
