Job Summary

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated DSP (Direct Support Professional) for Day Activities in Lexington Park, MD, offering a competitive rate of $21/hr. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals in developing social skills, independence, and community integration
• Implement and document individualized support plans, tracking progress and outcomes
• Support participants with personal care tasks as required
• Maintain a safe and clean program environment
• Attend training sessions and staff meetings as necessary
