The DSP will provide overnight assistance to individuals with disabilities and will receive a competitive pay rate of $21 per hour with a $2 weekend differential. The role requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation with car insurance, and the ability to lift at least 50lbs.

Qualifications
- Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work overnight shifts and pass a background check
- Must attend and successfully complete all required trainings
- Provide support to individuals with disabilities during the specified shifts
- Assist with daily activities like meal preparation, personal care, and medication management
- Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals under your care
- Document daily activities and incidents accurately
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors for consistent care delivery
- Thursday: 10pm to 8am
- Friday: 2pm to 10pm with continuation from 10pm to 8am
- Saturday: 10pm to 8am
- Part-time position with overnight shifts
