Part-time DSP Overnight's - Waldorf, MD

Job Summary

Bay-CSS is seeking a responsible individual to fill the role of Part-time Direct Support Professional (DSP) for overnight shifts in Waldorf, MD. The position requires availability on Thursday through Saturday from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. The hourly rate for this position is $21/hr. with a $2/hr. weekend differential pay.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and car insurance
• Ability to pass a background check
• Capacity to lift at least 50lbs
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
  
  

Responsibilities

• Monitor premises and individuals during the night shift
• Respond promptly to emergencies and disturbances
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately
• Provide excellent customer service to all individuals on the premises
