Job Summary :
Bay-CSS is looking for a dedicated Part-time Overnight Direct Support Professional (DSP) to fill an essential position at our Residential Program in Leonardtown, MD. The DSP will provide overnight assistance to individuals with disabilities and will receive a competitive pay rate of $21 per hour with a $2 weekend differential. The role requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation with car insurance, and the ability to lift at least 50lbs.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work overnight shifts and pass a background check
- Must attend and successfully complete all required trainings
