Job Summary :
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Part-time Residential Direct Support Professional (DSP) to fill a position in California, MD. The DSP will be responsible for providing crucial support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting on Saturdays from 8am to 10pm and Sundays from 8am to 2pm. The position offers a pay rate of $21 / hr. with a $2 differential on weekends.
Qualifications :
- Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
- Willingness to cross train and take on additional responsibilities as needed
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs
- Possession of a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and car insurance
- Must pass a background check and complete all required trainings
