Position Summary
Bay FC is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role will manage the end-to-end email campaign process, including planning, content creation, building, proofing, scheduling and deployment on our Marketing Automation Platform. This is a great role for someone who wants to build both their strategic AND technical skills! This full-time position reports to the Director of Lifecycle Marketing.
Responsibilities
The anticipated salary range for this role is between $60,000-$70,000. Hired applicant will be eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus. Actual starting pay may vary based on a range of factors which can include experience, skills, and scope.

Responsibilities
- Work with Growth & Retention team to develop retention marketing strategies aligned to the overall business objectives, driving customer engagement, and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop key messaging points and direct response creative for campaigns.
- Implement test plans to improve and optimize campaigns.
- Manage day-to-day execution of lifecycle marketing journeys, event-based triggers and transactional campaigns aimed across multiple channels.
- Monitor complex personalized journeys, triggers and automations.
- Conduct regular data audits and quality checks; optimize data export and import process.
- QA all campaigns to ensure accurate and error-free execution of links and targeting rules.
- Constantly stay informed with best-in-class retention practices and ensure all marketing efforts are compliant with internal guidelines, industry benchmarks, and legal regulations, including CAN-SPAM and CCPA
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2 years of digital marketing experience or lifecycle marketing experience.
- 2 years planning and developing automated email campaigns.
- Deep knowledge in customer segmentation, list management, deliverability, and CAN-SPAM laws.
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Experience with A/B, test and control, holdouts, and multivariate experiments.
- Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills.
- Highly motivated self-starter with strong work ethics.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Iterable (or a similar Marketing Platform) preferred.
- Understanding of NWSL and/or Soccer preferred.
