Position Summary
Producer
Bay FC is looking for a Producer to work collaboratively with the internal teams and partners to efficiently and effectively produce and edit video initiatives for in-game entertainment, social media, sponsors and other related productions in accordance with the Bay FC brand. This candidate must possess strong creative and communication skills to effectively relate to the adjusting needs of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
The anticipated salary range for this role is between $60,000-$70,000. Hired applicant will be eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus. Actual starting pay may vary based on a range of factors which can include experience, skills, and scope.

Bay FC is the first NWSL team in the Bay Area. Co-founded by four U.S. Women’s National Team legends—Brandi Chastain, Aly Wagner, Danielle Slaton, and Leslie Osborne—in partnership with global investment firm Sixth Street, Bay FC is changing the face of women’s soccer as we know it. Beginning play in the 2024 season, we are building a squad that will play the beautiful game with power, passion, energy, and creativity.

This candidate must possess strong creative and communication skills to effectively relate to the adjusting needs of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as team videographer and editor for home and away games as well as training sessions
- Produce and edit short-form content series for cross platform distribution
- Conceive creative ways to shoot and edit content to be distributed across various Bay FC and earned and paid channels
- Tell creative, visual stories that connect fans to the franchise and engage consumers through strategic content by platform and demographics
- Utilize creative skill set and collaboration to assist in promoting the team’s Marketing, Corporate Partnerships, Community Relations and Ticket Sales initiatives
- Manage multiple job requests and revisions that span different departments on tight timelines
- Produce creative storytelling in line with league, CBA and Club guidelines
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Sony DSLR camera operation necessary.
- Familiarity and understanding of social trends and ability to develop content based off channel-specific insights
- Knowledge of motion design and relevant production software including After Effects and Photoshop preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong soccer knowledge preferred; general soccer knowledge required.
- Self-motivated with the ability to remain calm under pressure; willingness to take personal responsibility for getting things done in a way that positively and professionally represents the organization
- Possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Consistently take the initiative to complete tasks and projects with limited supervision
- Must be able to meet tight deadlines while managing multiple jobs in a fast-paced environment
- Effectively communicate with internal and external clients regarding video projects
- Maintain a professional attitude and be receptive to project changes
- Must be able to work independently and collaborate as part of a cross-functional team
- Ability to work long hours and weekends, as this position will attend every home game and most away games.
