Position Summary
Bay FC is seeking a Sr. Manager, Ticket Operations to join our team. The Sr. Manager, Ticket Operations will manage all aspects of the ticketing software, including managing inventory, building and new and renew products and buy flows, accurate backend pricing, and compliance. The Sr. Manager, Ticket Operations will be responsible for setting policies and procedures, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and distributing timely sales reports. This full-time position reports into the Sr. Director, Ticket Sales and Service.
Responsibilities
- Manage all facets of the daily back- and front-end operations, ensuring compliance with BAFC.
- Assist in reviewing ticketing needs and procedures with venue users; prepares events for system sale, including event builds in the ticketing system.
- Provide detailed sales and financial reports on a timely basis; maintains all ticket office records.
- Develop and implement systems and processes to establish and maintain records for the operating unit.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures consistent with those of the organization to ensure efficient and safe operation of the unit.
- Work closely with internal and external partners to develop and grow specified programs.
- Maintain, organize, and handle all sales and ticketing needs for specified programs and productions. May run reports for department management as required.
- Handle cash and credit card deposits and reconciliation of event transactions.
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of prior sales/operations experience
- Proficient in Archtics/Ticketmaster
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and effectively advise Senior Leadership on best practices and recommendations
- Experience establishing operational plans and managing and completing complex projects in advance of deadlines
- Candidate should possess excellent time management and organizational skills
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Excel
- Candidate must have a strong work ethic and a desire to build a career in professional sports
Compensation:
The anticipated salary range for this role is between $85,000-$90,000 with a with a potential bonus of $5,000. Actual starting pay may vary based on a range of factors which can include experience, skills, and scope.
