Bay Food Brokerage is seeking a Full-Time Reset Merchandiser to join our team, working in Publix locations from San Antonio to Lutz. If you enjoy hands-on work and have experience in grocery store resets, we’d love to hear from you!
Schedule & Travel
- Monday-Thursday, 5 a.m.- 3:15 p.m.
- 3 Week Rotation
- Rotates between 11 Publix locations. No overnight travel is required.
Responsibilities
- Implement store resets based on plan-o-grams.
- Rebuild store sections, unload stock, and restock aisles.
- Ensure products are correctly labeled and displayed.
- Work independently and within a team to complete resets on time.
Qualifications
- 1 years of experience in store resets, merchandising, or a related role (required).
- Familiarity with retail schematics and plan-o-grams is a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. and remain physically active throughout the shift.
Compensation & Details
- Pay: $18.00 per hour
- Expected Hours: 35-40 hours per week
- Shifts: Morning shift, Day shift
- Location: Wesley Chapel, FL (must be able to commute: San Antonio-Lutz)
