Bay Food Brokerage is seeking a Full-Time Reset Merchandiser to join our team, working in Publix locations from San Antonio to Lutz . If you enjoy hands-on work and have experience in grocery store resets, we’d love to hear from you!
Schedule & Travel
Monday-Thursday, 5 a.m.- 3 : 15 p.m.
3 Week Rotation
Rotates between 11 Publix locations. No overnight travel is required.
Responsibilities
Implement store resets based on plan-o-grams.
Rebuild store sections, unload stock, and restock aisles.
Ensure products are correctly labeled and displayed.
Work independently and within a team to complete resets on time.
Qualifications
1 years of experience in store resets, merchandising, or a related role (required).
Familiarity with retail schematics and plan-o-grams is a plus.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Reliable transportation is required.
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. and remain physically active throughout the shift.
Compensation & Details
Pay : $18.00 per hour
Expected Hours : 35-40 hours per week
Shifts : Morning shift, Day shift
Location : Wesley Chapel, FL (must be able to commute : San Antonio-Lutz)
