We are looking for a skilled Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting and serving beverages, ordering and serving food, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Your role will involve creating a welcoming environment for patrons and providing an excellent guest experience, all while adhering to safety and legal standards.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.
- Monitor and manage the bar inventory, ensuring stock levels are adequate for service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including workstations, utensils, glassware, and storage.
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age and adhere to all local and state alcohol laws.
- Engage with customers to create a positive atmosphere, addressing their needs and preferences.
- Process transactions and handle cash, credit card payments, and tips.
- Collaborate with other bar and restaurant staff to ensure smooth service.
- Clean and sanitize glasses, utensils, and other bar equipment as needed.
- Assist in restocking inventory and placing orders with suppliers.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues with professionalism and courtesy.
- Previous experience as a bartender is preferred.
