Qualifications for Business Office Assistant Manager:
Skilled Nursing Experience Required!
One year of bookkeeping experience within a healthcare setting, including, but not limited to: managing accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
Software proficiency such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors and the public.
Must have knowledge of billing and collection practices/techniques.
Superior organization skills and attention to detail.
Proven ability to multi-task.
Prior experience in health care setting- Long term Care/ Rehab preferred
Ability to build strong relationships
