Responsibilities for Clinical Liaison:
Maintain excellent working relationships with medical professionals and other health related facilities and organizations.
Promote Company philosophy, mission, and objectives within and outside the hospitals.
Attend and participate in facility meetings, calls and in-services.
Always demonstrate honesty and integrity in the care and the use of patient and hospital property.
Ensure referral tracking logs are current.
Ensure End of day reports are sent to all Department Heads daily and in a timely manner.
Qualifications of Clinical Liaison:
Long Term Care and/or Hospital Admission experience preferred.
Active RN or LPN license.
Associate's degree in an appropriate field. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Must be willing to work with multiple residents at once
