The MDS Coordinator is responsible for conducting assessments to improve the quality of the patients care.

To join this team please have the following requirements :
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing RN
- Current / active license for Registered Nurse
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience in a long-term care setting
- Prior MDS / RAI experience
- Demonstrated clinical assessment skills
