Job Description

As a Cashier/Host(ess), you will be responsible for welcoming and seating guests, handling cash transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and courteous service to all guests, ensuring that they receive prompt attention and assistance throughout their visit.
- Greet guests upon arrival, escort them to their tables, and provide menus in a timely manner.
- Process payments efficiently and accurately, using the point-of-sale system to manage transactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the buffet and/or specials board, and ensure that silverware is wrapped and prepared to par level.
- Assume responsibility for balancing all transactions at the end of each shift, and respond promptly to room service calls and To Go orders.
- Collaborate with other positions in the restaurant to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a positive working relationship with colleagues.
