Bay Path Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Duxbury is seeking an Evening Supervisor to work 2 : 45pm - 11 : 15pm. This is a free-floating supervisory role. The right candidates will have strong clinical skills, be a team player and can lead.

Requirements for Nursing Supervisor :
Must possess valid unencumbered, LPN or RN State License and current CPR certification
Licensure as a Registered Nurse, preferred.
Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
Must have experience in supervision and principles, practice of teaching, and computer skills
Experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices strongly preferred
Weekend and holiday on-call rotation is required.
Job Duties for Nursing Supervisor :
Welcome new admissions and oversee discharges
Supervise nurses and CNAs
Manage staffing changes
Support family inquiries and screen visitors
Coordinate patient / resident referrals with admissions
Ensure high quality resident / patient care
Provide support to ancillary staff as needed
