LPN Salary Rate: $43/hr PLUS differentials

Internal Staffing Agency (RN/LPN) Benefits:

Internal Staffing Agency (RN/LPN) Requirements:
- Valid RN or LPN license in the state of Massachusetts
- Must pick up shifts at a minimum of 2 BaneCare facilities
Internal Staffing Agency (RN/LPN) Job Duties:
- Nursing Home/Long Term Care experience
- Administer Meds, Complete Assessments, and ensure all necessary care is properly delivered to residents
- Assess residents and coordinate with Physicians on plan of care
- Develop, write, execute, and monitor Care Plans for resident safety and well-being
- Maintain safety of residents
- Follow appropriate regulatory guidelines
