Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs
  • Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and tasks
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
  • Respond to service calls in a timely manner
  • Some after hours (emergency) calls will have to be taken care of during nights/weekends

Skills:

  • Painting
  • Minor Electrical
  • Light Carpentry
  • Plumbing
  • HVAC is a plus
  • Some flooring experience
