We are seeking candidates who are extremely comfortable working directly with patients in a healthcare environment (psychiatry experience is preferred). Train all new TMS & Ketamine Technicians within the designated region. Develop and maintain all training programs for IVP Technicians. Setup and monitor daily TMS & Ketamine treatments for patients, completing all necessary treatment documentation and scheduling patients for daily treatments. This position is responsible for completion of all assigned daily database tasks. The position assists other staff with social media projects, as needed. This position works between our locations as needed by the company.
Essential Duties
- Schedule calibration, follow-up visits, and IVP treatment series.
- MT & 1st Treatment reminder calls and prepare first day packet for patient.
- Administer all IVP patient treatments and monitor for any medical concerns.
- Complete treatment reports and all required medical documentation for each treatment.
- Send physician referral letters for all assigned IVP patients.
- Closing treatment charts and entering outcomes.
- Prepare and provide End of Treatment packet for patient.
- Post-treatment follow-up calls to patients for up to two years.
- Provide training to all new IVP Technicians.
- Develop, implement, and maintain training programs for IVP Technicians (w/ IVP Supervisor)
- Co-manage annual team training & account setup.
- Address IVP clinical and administrative questions and concerns as they arise.
Duties
- Prepare, distribute and respond to all assigned office correspondence - shared duty.
- Check voicemails throughout the day and answer/return phone calls to patients, doctors, and insurance/billing companies, or allocate in database as appropriate shared duty.
- Create and respond to emails from patients, doctors, and insurance/billing companies, or allocate to appropriate coworkers in database.
- Complete personal daily tasks assigned in Salesforce.
- Treat patients based on the daily assigned schedule.
- Assess patients daily health status and engage them throughout treatment.
- Assure treatment maintains full contact and any patient problems are addressed immediately.
- Schedule follow-up visits with their physician shared duty.
- Assure rating scales are provided to patients and completed.
- Assist with special projects as assigned, including clinical research, marketing projects, and social media outreach.
- Attend all staff meetings and other meetings as needed.
- Meet with Supervisor monthly for ongoing training/support.
- Attend employee training series sessions.
- Keep the shared office areas clean of debris or messy paperwork.
- Keep office supplies stocked /adding items to the supply order list when low shared duty.
- Clock in and out through ADP based on assigned shift.
While the person may not have had direct patient care experience, he/she must be very comfortable with direct hands-on care of patients. Please specify this item in your cover letter.
