Lawn Maintenance Crew Member Job Summary
We are looking for a dependable, reliable, and motivated Lawn Maintenance Crew Member to join our team. As a Lawn Maintenance Crew Member on our team, you operate mowers, leaf blowers, weed eaters, and other common tools to create and maintain carefully manicured outdoor spaces. We are especially interested in candidates with prior experience in lawn maintenance.
Lawn Maintenance Crew Member Duties and Responsibilities
- Use mowers, weed eaters, and common hand tools to trim grass, edge lawn areas, and maintain nearby plants and foliage
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions, maintaining energy and pace along with the team
- Operate leaf blowers and gather grass and hedge trimmings for removal
- Drive a truck to various client locations and ensure proper storage of equipment during transport
Lawn Maintenance Crew Member Requirements and Qualifications
- A valid driver's license
- Able to lift upwards of 50 pounds and bend, lift, and stand for extended periods
- Familiarity with common lawn maintenance equipment
- Prior experience or work in lawn maintenance (preferred)
- Reliable, dependable, honest, and self-motivated
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Work Location: In person
