Position Overview
As a Senior Accountant, you’ll be responsible for applying accounting principles to analyze financial data, prepare reports, and oversee essential financial processes. You will work closely with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to implement accounting controls, manage budgets, and support financial planning that keeps our operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
📊 Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare profit and loss statements and monthly closing reports
- Compile and analyze financial data to document business transactions
- Review and analyze budgets, expenditures, and funding sources
🔍 Accounting Oversight
- Establish and maintain accounting controls in coordination with the CFO
- Monitor financial accuracy, ensure compliance, and prepare for audits
- Manage payroll, invoices, and expense tracking
💡 Strategic Contributions
- Provide insights on revenue and expenditure trends, helping shape budget decisions
- Oversee financial data management and improve system efficiency
- Supervise accounting clerks, accounts payable, and payroll processing

What You Bring
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
